Brief Introduction
1. Brief Information
Our company was established in 2006. It locates in Chongfu Town, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of 5,000㎡ and possesses 11 electroplating belt-lines. We here is only 40kms away from Hangzhou, taking 40mins to drive to Xiaoshan International Airport. And it only takes 20mins to go to Shanghai as the Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed rails was built up.
2. Patents & Honors
For now we have 7 proprietary intellectual property rights, and in 2014, we got the title of the National High & New Technology Enterprise and also Science &Technology Enterprise from Zhejiang Province. Furthermore we have gotten ISO9001 & ISO14001 quality management system certifications and SGS environmental protection certification as early as in 2009. And in 2015, we also passed SGS(RoHS) test.
3. Products
For our business, we mainly devote to producing copper clad steel wire (CCS). Supported by our clients, nowadays our yearly capacity can reach 7,000t and annual value now is about 90 millions. Our products are applied to varies fields, mainly in electron, power system, broadcasting and TV electrical system, electronic communication, trunk line electrification, military project and so on. We have products in 4 specifications:
1.CCS wires,0.06mm-16.0mm, 14%-40%, 280-1100MPa;
2.CCS stranded wires & CCS carrier cable, 16mm2-300mm2.
3.CCC,CCA 0.10mm-3.0mm
4.Grounding for lightening product:copper clad steel grounding rods,mould,welding powder and so on.
All our products will be made as the requirement of our clients and standards such as GB/T3048, YD/T897.1-1997 SJ/T11411-2010 ,ASTM B227-04, ASTM B228-04, ASTM B229-04 ,ASTM B910.
